Joshua Mills – Chief Executive Officer

Josh Mills, born in Fort Worth, TX, is the grandson of the legendary Texas Television Pioneer Frank Mills. Josh Mills partnered with T. J. Amato in 2007 to form Desert Wind Films LLC. He is currently responsible for developing the company’s project roster as well as the operations in production and finance, negotiate with distributors, and plan future strategies.

TJ Amato – President, Director of Production

In conjunction with Josh Mills, Amato will oversee the long-term strategy and financial affairs of the company. TJ Amato Moved to Los Angeles after attending The Ohio State University (Fisher College of Business) and quickly jump started his career working on multiple independent films.

Steven Camp – Chief Financial Officer

Steven Camp, Executive Producer of Sugar Wars & Desert Wind Film’s Flagship Project “Brother’s Keeper”, began his tenure as the Chief Financial Officer & Partner of Desert Wind Films in the Summer of 2008. In the process of DWF’s first feature film Brother’s Keeper”, Steven helped secure the rights to the original story, “The Gift & Giver”, had an integral role in the development of the film.

He worked very closely with Joshua Mills & TJ Amato throughout the entire process as DWF converted this short story into a full length Crossover/Faith Based Feature Film. Once the development stage was complete, Steven secured over $5,000,000 from private equity investors. These fund, and the now established Desert Wind Faith Films Private Client Base, enable Desert Wind Films to initiate principle photography on “Brother’s Keeper”, and has now enabled Desert Wind Films to finish the film through the post production and into the Distribution process. On his journey, he spoke publicly in more than 20 churches during pre-production and production of the film. Each time, speaking about the key elements of the message inherent in the telling of “Brother’s Keeper”. Those keypoints being, LOVE – GREED -SACRIFICE – SALVATION, and of course, FORGIVENESS.
